Mr. Diaz led SAPI expansion into poultry, hog-raising, grains trading, and real estate. In 2020, he partnered with Charoen Pokphand Foods Corp. to establish a 2,400-sow swine breeding complex. He represents SAPI at key industry events, advocating for sustainable agribusiness.
